Scope

I had joined this small but profitable company offering boutique products. It was a challenge to diversify the product offering and expand to new markets on the current site. I focused on creating a versatile platform that could highlighted the brand mission, marketing initiatives, and product exploration.

I designed a platform framework and collaborated to build trust with our early adopters. The accomplishments of this effort enabled real-time views of operational data. Reducing hundreds of hours of administrative hours. And provided a huge potential to reduce rework in UX operations.
